How to use WinRAR for Creating Archive

Compressing 3 PDF files and creating RAR archieve. WINRAR reduce the size of a file into RAR and ZIP file format.

Select the file we want to compress & do a Right Click on the files.Choose 'Add to archive'.



New window prompt. choose RAR format


when you are ready to zip the file. click'OK'. WinRAR will start to compress.



How to use WinRAR for Extract/Unzip/Decompressing

Right click on the RAR or ZIP file an


choose the 'EXTRACT FILE..'
Extraction window will open & select the destination where we want to unzip the file.


Click OK when destination is selected. Win RAR will start UNZIPPING.
